Account Manager
Royal York Property Management is a property rental and leasing frm with a portfolio of over 13,000 properties, that offers guaranteed rental income. With 15 ofce locations across Ontario, Canada and 2 ofce locations in Europe, the company is leading the potential in property management, and surpassing the client experience by having all departments operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Royal York Property Management is hiring an Account Manager to help support its new Kosovo back ofce. An Account Manager is the person in charge of managing and maintaining the company's relationships with our customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with our portfolio of customers and stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales among client accounts.
  • Operates as the point of contact for our prospective and/or current clients.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with portfolios.
  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company.
  • Forecasts and tracks client portfolio metrics.
  • Identifes opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same portfolio to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer service or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM from our ofce in Pristina.
