"Planning, organization, training, sale and delivery of data processing and business processes outsourcing services related to human resources, tax & accountancy, corporate, attorney and legal entities registration/deregistration/liquidation services, work safety, information technology, and marketing services in Kosovo and abroad".HTLC NETWOrk Group is searching for:

1. Web-Marketing-web master assistant
Internship or term contract from part time to full time

Job Description
- Determining client website needs and requirements.
- Building and testing aesthetic, functional and user-friendly websites.
- Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.
- Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.
- Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.
- Monitoring and analyzing site performance.
- Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
- Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints.

Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate figure in a PR / Marketing university such as IULM or similar faculties, or in Computer Science who has a strong interest in the web-marketing-sales area but computer skills stand out in the front end area.
- CMS-Web 'in particular Umbraco / HTML / Java etc .;
 - English minimum mandatory B2 CERTIFICATE, better C1;
 - Second language other than fluent Albanian; Preferential Italian;
- Preferably work experience

2. HR administration / international payroll specialist:
internship / apprenticeship / term contract / full to part time;

Job Description
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Forming and maintaining employee records
 - Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
 - Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Requirements
- Graduated in law or economics and commerce, minimum bachelor / three-year degree;
- popular post-graduate courses in labour law;
- Fluent in English;
 - Fluent in Italian;
- Preferably work experience

3. Administration / Tax & Accountancy / HR mobility generalist
 
Job Description
-
The Global Mobility Coordinator will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including international compensation, benefits, taxation, immigration, and relocation and will work with the recruitment, finance, and regional HR and management teams to ensure high quality service to assignees.

Requirements
- Degree in economics, accounting / tax;
- English minimum mandatory B2 CERTIFICATE;
- Preferred Italian, other languages such as French, German, Spanish appreciated.
- Preferably work experience
 
4. Sales cold calling specialist/interested to become team leader

Job Description
- Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

Requirements
 - University degree;
- Agile, humble, curios Italian + English very fluent/mother tongue;
- Preferably work experience
- Organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ambitious, Energetic team player who  is open to growth and development and ready to persistently serve the objective of the team.
