Pre Construction Manager

Key areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)
Location: Prishtina
Industry: Real Estate

Our expectations:
Pre-construction manager should be able to properly define the scope of work related to these trades and take active part in the bidding process of potential subcontractors. Moreover, he/she shall be able to communicate clearly with the other members of the team and report as required to the head of the team.

- Provide take-offs related to MEP.
- Revise the mechanical drawings.
- Define the scope of work for MEP trades.
- Communicate directly and ask for proposals to potential subcontractors.
- Preparation of documents as required during the bidding process.
- Analyses and comparison of the received proposals.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Proper maintenance of MEP and bidding files.
- Be willing to assist other team members and departments in achieving the business goals. 

Requirements / Desired criteria
Ideal candidate should have prior experience, be top of their league and also thirsty for success and new career opportunities.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or industries
- Education degree in mechanical engineering / Electrical
- Fluent in English
- Good command of drawing software (AUTOCAD ect)
- Ability to work under pressure, intercultural skills and effective at communication
