Responsibilities:
Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting clients in terms of their needs. This involves identifying clients’ needs, and proposing solutions that meet these needs. Responsibilities of Sales Consultant include:
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance;
- Create positive and lasting relationships with our vendors and clients;
- Helps to maximize sales for the store;
- Operate the cash register; accept cash, give change and issue fiscal receipts;
- Carry out stock management and store operation processes to help minimize risk and costs;
- Merchandise and replenish stock as directed;
- Understand how to make products appeal to consumers;
- Advise customers by providing information on products;
- Keep up to date with product developments;
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store;
- Ad here to all company policies and procedures;
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
