Sales Director
Location: Albania
Industry: FMCG / Tobacco (Vapes)
Salary: Very Competitive + Attractive remuneration
Our expectations:
Ideal candidate should have a brilliant sales background with great communication and management skills, who primarily will assume overall responsibility of sales in Albania and will work closely with our headquarters in areas of sales growth strategy, marketing and distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.
- Development of sales market entry strategy in Albania
- Acquisition and onboarding of key distribution partners (gas stations, supermarkets, convenience stores, vapes stores)
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Recruitment of key sales personnel
- Developing brand awareness and distribution channels
Requirements/ Desired criteria
Ideal candidate should have entrepreneurial mindset, excellent sales skills, prior experience in relevant industries, energetic and be thirsty for success.
- Proven track record in Sales or similar industry/job positions.
- At least 3 years of successful management experience preferably in B2B sales in FMCG, Retail, Tobacco or HoReCa sector with a proven track record of business growth and a solid network
- Ability to negotiate and represent the company with key partners
- A self-motivated leader with real passion to grow the business and succeed
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports
