Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to join our team in Prishtina, Kosova. When you join us, you will be the face of the company and commit to creating and applying an effective sales strategy to grow our sales. Furthermore, the main goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by driving sales and forging strong relationships with customers/students.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
As a sales manager, you identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the company grow. Your work may involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the right markets, or somehow improving the company's operations, position or reputation. You may fill a single role in the organization or lead a team of employees. Your work often extends across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets,
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives,
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities,
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions,
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements,
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials,
- Researching prospects, cold calling potential customers and responding to incoming leads to increase the client base,
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction,
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives,
- Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field,
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the field of Marketing,
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal),
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills,
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness,
- A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative,
