We are currently seeking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will assist with large-scale outreach based on our client's needs. This includes developing content for social media and other digital campaigns, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines, and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
- Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
- Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
- Keeping the team and the client up to date.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Work experience in client management.
- Able to work effectively with a variety of different people.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
- Flexible, and able to solve problems.
- Resilient and positive in difficult situations.
- Copywriting skills to create compelling content for clients across different channels, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
