Acquisition Associate / Analist i Investimeve

Location: Prishtina
Industry: Real Estate

Working hours: Remote 

Our expectations:
Ideal candidate should be able to study, analyze and compare property data in order to evaluate investment opportunities. Candidate should be proactive, creative thinker, team oriented and willing to learn the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction including qualifying leads, diligence, underwriting, structuring and closing real estate deals!

- Create detailed and comprehensive financial models
- Qualify, diligence, underwrite, structure and help execute investment opportunities
- Prepare deal memos and investment books
- Lead closing due diligence lenders, appraisers and equity partners
- Cooperate with executive staff to formulate investment strategies

Requirements / Desired criteria
Ideal candidate should have prior experience, be top of their league and also thirsty for success and new career opportunities.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles or industries
- Education degree in Finances, Business Management, Business Analytics or similar
- Fluent in English
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, intercultural skills and effective at communication
