xpuna recruitment for our partner, a international fast growing distributor of electronic cigarettes  we are looking for:

Country Manager

Location: Austria, Vienna
Industry: Tobacco (Vapes)
Salary: Very Competitive + Attractive remuneration (inc: stock options, bonus system)

Our expectations:
Ideal candidate should be fluent English speaker with great communication and management skills, who primarily will assume overall responsibility for P&L Management in Austria and will work closely with our headquarters in areas of country growth strategy, marketing and distribution.

Simply put, He/She will be the go-to person in regards to Austria territory and all business related activities with one mission on mind, introducing our products to Austrian markets and increasing sales.

Key responsibilities
- Setting up and successful launch of company business operations in Austria
- Development of market entry strategy in Austria
- Acquisition and onboarding of key distribution partners (gas stations, supermarkets, convenience stores, vapes stores)
- P&L responsibility for business results
- Recruitment of key personnel
-Developing brand awareness and distribution channels

Ideal candidate should have entrepreneurial mindset, excellent English skills, prior experience in relevant industries, energetic and be thirsty for success.

- Prior experience in tobacco or similar industry/job positions.
- At least 3 years of successful management experience preferably in B2B sales in FMCG, Retail, Tobacco or HoReCa sector with a proven track record of business growth and a solid network
- Ability to negotiate and represent the company with key partners
- A self-motivated leader with real passion to grow the business and succeed
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports
