Moneta is a non-banking financial institution (NBFI), a leading company in Kosovo based in Pristina, specialising in providing financial services. Licensed by the Central Bank of Kosovo and MoneyGram International, Moneta offers money transfer services, and payment services through its network of agents, throughout Kosovo.

We are seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in finance and are excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting entries.
- Input and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ad hoc tasks/project work as required by the manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and professional development
- Ability to work well in a team and take on new challenges.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
