We are looking for talented, creatively driven, detail-oriented graphic designer who is excited to be a key contributor to our team. 

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts of social media campaign and company communication
- Design social media communication materials 
- Adhere to branding guidelines and style.
- Maintain brand standards and style according to the customer guidelines and requirements.
- Presenting design concepts and layouts to clients for feedback and approval
- Prepare, update and maintain the creatives linked to the advertising campaigns, ensuring all creative-related topics are on time and according to quality standards.
- Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, and banners.
- Design print materials: banners, brochures, notebooks etc.
- Web design: Design websites and landing pages (for our company and/or client) upon requests.
- Brand identity: Design brand identity of our different projects or Design pitch deck materials
- Design brochures and one pagers
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements
- BA/BS (minimum) degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design, Information Technology or related field combined with passion for aesthetics (exceptions are made in cases the applicant has outstanding skills);
- Experience with social media and display advertising campaigns, practical experience with Google Studio and Campaign Manager will be a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffect; Premiere and Blender will be a plus;
- Experience with video editing software; and 3D animation will be a plus;

- Excellent written and oral communication in English & Albanian;
