Description
ITD Prishtinë LLC is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team.
The Service Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing defects in electronic equipment, ensuring that issues are resolved within the deadlines set by the company and suppliers. In addition to repairs, the technician also performs assembly, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment, following the company’s standards and the technical instructions provided by manufacturers/suppliers.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- University degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing PCs, laptops, tablets, and gaming PCs;
- Good knowledge of IT equipment, UPS systems, inverters, and power supplies;
- Good command of English and strong communication skills;
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Diagnose, repair, and install electronic equipment;
- Follow technical safety rules, procedures, and work instructions;
- Accurately identify product malfunctions, on-site or at the service center;
- Assemble and configure Gaming PCs according to the company’s technical standards;
- Escalate issues to the responsible person and respond efficiently to situations;
- Collaborate with staff and comply with contractual obligations;
