Social Media Manager (Part time/Hybrid)

Our expectations:
As they establish their presence in Prishtina, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media manager to join the team. As part of a growing team, you’ll play a key role in creating compelling content, driving engagement, and boosting brand awareness across social platforms. This part-time role offers flexibility with a hybrid work setup and occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals
- Create, curate and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for maximum engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative strategies.

Requirements/ Desired criteria
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Clickup, Hootsuite etc).
- Experience in content creation, including writing and editing.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
