European Operations

We are a young and lean team. In Prishtine we employ a centralized back office handling tenant support, marketing, leasing, procurement, accounting, IT, interior design and architecture. Our Prishtina talent has years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and operations. Spaxel is looking for an Architectural Renderer to join our team in Pristina, Kosovo.

 

You will be working directly with our team of architects who will provide you with 3D models of various projects, and your job is to produce architectural photorealistic renderings and assist in creating 3D architectural modeling and virtual tour videos for projects as needed by clients. Your goal should be to create such images that will make it easier for our clients to perceive the projects.

-       Create 3D designs from 2D Floor Plans.

-       Import 3D designs into rendering programs.

-       Add objects as necessary to complete the design for specifications.

-       Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design.

-       Add maps and textures and manipulate same to achieve desired results.

-       Create and add direct and ambient lighting.

-       Create camera views for best results.

-       Set up renderer settings and render camera views.

-       Export rendered views to photoshop for further enhancement.

-       Collaborate with team during and throughout process.

 

-       Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

-       Excellent knowledge of 3Dmax.

-       Knowledge in Revit and Autocad.

-       2-3 years of relevant work experience.

-       Excellent communication and analytical skills.

-       Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel.

-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-       The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
