Broad LLC is a marketing company working primarily with US-based clients, focusing on social media and online community engagement. Our work helps brands grow, protect, and manage their online presence through consistent monitoring and professional, sentiment-driven interaction.

Because the majority of our clients operate in the US market, it is critical for us to cover peak US activity hours, which is why this position is structured as a night-shift role. During these hours, online discussions and client mentions are most active and require real-time attention.
This role sits between client support and online community monitoring and is based almost entirely on written communication. There are no external calls, aside from occasional internal calls with our US-based and international remote teams.

As the team grows, this position also offers clear advancement opportunities. High-performing candidates will have the chance to take on leadership responsibilities, including managing shifts or leading a full team in the near future, provided performance and team results meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor public online discussions and community mentions related to our clients
- Identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiment quickly and accurately
- Engage in discussions in a professional, human-like way based on sentiment and internal guidelines.
- Support positive conversations through engagement actions
- Escalate sensitive, harmful, or high-risk conversations to internal leads
- Keep shift notes and provide brief activity summaries to ensure continuity

Requirements

Strong understanding of online discussions and digital communities
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- High attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines

+ Reddit familiarity is a strong advantage and will be considered during screening. Please highlight any relevant Reddit experience in your application.

Work Setup
- First 3 months are office-based in Prishtina
, with hybrid / WFH options available later based on performance
- Initial training period (2–3 weeks) will be conducted on a day shift: 11:00 – 19:00

After training, employees transition fully to the night shift
- Full training provided with clear workflows and ongoing support
- During initial 1-week testing period food and transportation allowance is provided!

Compensation
- €600 – €800 NET
for the first 3 months (based on experience)
- Taxes and contributions are covered by the company on first contract
- Strong performance-based growth after the initial period
