Customer Support French

Job description:
- Provide support to customers via email and live chat
- Resolve client queries and provide support when required
- Offer support to the sales department
- Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delay
- Provide high quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account

Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a customer support position within FX industry will be considered an advantage
- Business fluency in the French language (both written & verbal skills)
- Second language English, German, Spanish or Italian will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent writing skills
- Good time management
- Ability to prioritize
- Initiative to response immediately with professional manner
- Ability to work on rotation from - Fr. 17:00 - 01:00 / 00:00 - 08:00
