ISBANK Kosovo - Operations Officer
Job Description
The general responsibility of the Operations Officer is to perform all operational transactions for banking services and products, audit, accounting, filing & archiving, etc. to be performed in the Operations Unit in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures and standards.
Requirements
- University or higher level degree in field of law
- Preferably work experience in field of banking operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
- Strong regulatory requirements background impacting financial institutions
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills on Albanian, English and preferably Turkish languages
- Proper negotiation and communication also networking skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to notice discrepancies in data, strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Ambitious, energetic team player who is open to growth and development and ready to persistently serve the objective of the team
- Valid driving license
