Patient Care Specialist – Smile 2 Impress
We are growing!
We are looking for Patient Care Specialists fluent in Italian for our offices in Pristina.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients in booking appointments at one of our clinics.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Persuade clients to reconsider canceling their appointments.
- Represent the company by providing accurate information about products, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information using company processes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities with clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (B2, C1, or C2 level).
