Production Assistant

Our special interest campaigns seek to educate business leaders through a combination of client content and broadcast quality films.
We are searching for a production assistant to join our company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Production administration
- Managing filing systems
- Liaising with departments internally
- Assisting during the production process
- Following up and staying on top of any issues that arise
- Scheduling filming and calls for clients
- Building client pages on our website
Required skills and personal qualities:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- Excellent English language skills
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- A professional manner and the confidence to communicate effectively
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Problem-solving skills and project management ability
Salary: 12K per Annum
