We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and  screening candidates across various platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to independently navigate job boards like Indeed, Monster, and others, this could be the perfect  role for you! 

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through platforms like Indeed, Monster, and more
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements 
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer 
- Utilize creative strategies to attract top talent 
- Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates 
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet company staffing needs 

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong ability to source candidates online • Expertise with major job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.) 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
