We are a Recruitment Company, established in the U.K in 2016, with an office in Prishtinë specializing in the U.S Financial Markets. We are looking for work enthusiastic people to join our journey! We want to hire Recruiters who will be working full time (40 hours per week) in our office in Prishtinë.
What you will be doing:
- Finding new clients/companies who are looking to hire;
- Finding staff for those clients;
- Maintaining client relationships;
- Assisting high caliber candidates find amazing new job opportunities;
- Speaking to passive candidates about jobs (cold calls).
*We offer adequate trainings for the tasks above.
What you need to have:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills;
- Sales skills are an advantage;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- A winning mentality and result oriented;
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent.
