What we would like to see:
- 5+ years of experience in web development, of which 2 years with Ruby on rails based tech.
- Experience with deployments on Heroku, DigitalOcean, AWS, including EC2, ELB, RDS, MySQL, and auto-scaling.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
- Interest in staying up-to-date with latest web development trends.
- Great communication and team management skills.
- A humble attitude with a team-first mindset.
You will be working alongside other engineers who cover different layers of the infrastructure.
This gives you the option to openly debate and collaborate in solving problems to deliver a quality final product.
