Title: Associate Recruiter
What you'll do:
- Learn how recruitment works from the ground up. You will be guided by an exceptional team of industry experts.
- Identify and evaluate the right candidates for our clients.
- Coordinate interviews and manage pipelines.
- Contribute to expanding our client base and manage relationships.
What we look for:
- Fluent spoken and written English alongside excellent communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic and evidence of being a self-starter.
- Analytical mind and raw brain power.
- High organizational skills and a performance-driven mindset.
Location:
- We are based in Prishtina.
Work schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-8:30pm (to align with US working hours)
Compensation structure:
- Competitive base salary
- Market-leading performance-based bonus (High performers typically earn €50,000-€100,000+ per year in bonuses)
