We are hiring!
xpuna recruitment for our partner, a US company in the industry of Real Estate, we are looking for:
Construction Project Manager
Location: Prishtina
Industry: Real Estate
Salary: Competitive
Working hours: 14:30h - 22:30h
Type: Office + Flexible
Our expectations:
Ideal candidate is responsible to deliver the takeoffs related to the Structural, Geotechnical, and Civil trades, revising the aforementioned drawings and comparing them to the MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Architectural drawings, respectively. He/She should be able to properly define the scope of work related to these trades and take an active part in the bidding process of potential subcontractors. Moreover, he/she shall be able to communicate clearly with the other members of the team and work closely with the respective Engineering Manager regarding these trades.
- Provide take-offs related to Structural, Geotechnical, and Civil Trades.
- RFI the Structural/Geotechnical/Civil drawings and compare them with Architectural and MEP Drawings
- Define the scope of work for Structural/Geotechnical/Civil trades.
- Communicate directly with potential subcontractors.
- Preparation of documents as required during the bidding process and provide to the estimating coordinator.
- Analyses and comparison of the received proposals.
- Be willing to assist other team members and departments in achieving the business goals.
Requirements / Desired criteria
Ideal candidate should have excellent English skills, be energetic and also thirsty for success and new career opportunities.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package, project estimating tools, and preferably AutoCAD.
