Content Creator (Part time/Hybrid)

Our expectations:
As they establish their presence in Prishtina, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join the team. The idea candidate will be skilled in producing compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness across various social media platforms. This is a part-time role with the flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
- Optimize content to maximize reach, engagement, and performance across platforms
- Continuously test and refine content ideas based on analytics and feedback
- Propose and implement fresh, innovative content ideas that enhance brand identity

Requirements/ Desired criteria
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, particularly for social media
- Strong writing, editing, and multimedia production skills
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to produce content under tight deadlines
- Proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in fast-paced environments or start-ups is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
