Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across solution25. This role translates strategic objectives into structured execution, drives process optimization, and ensures scalable, efficient, and KPI-driven operations.
The position requires strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and hands-on implementation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
- Develop and document SOPs to ensure standardization and scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
- Introduce automation and digital tools to increase productivity
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination
Performance Management & KPI Steering
- Define and track operational KPIs
- Prepare structured performance reports for management
- Monitor cost efficiency and operational margins
- Support forecasting and capacity planning
- Drive accountability through measurable performance metrics
Daily Business Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
- Proactively identify operational risks and bottlenecks
- Act as escalation point for operational challenges
- Prioritize initiatives aligned with company objectives
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Support budget planning and cost control
- Coordinate with finance, external accounting, and tax advisors
- Monitor operational expenditures
- Improve administrative workflows
Strategic Execution Support
- Translate leadership strategy into actionable operational roadmaps
- Prepare the organization for scalable growth
- Support expansion initiatives and new business lines
- Build operational structures that sustain long-term profitability
Requirements Qualifications
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Experience in operations management, business operations, or similar role
